[/i][/size][/color][/ul][/font] well, my hair is, brown. and I love my eyes, they're, green. and my skin colors this really cool, pale tan. mainly because I'm , american. I measure up to , six foot one. no Seattle Sutton's for me ! the scale says , one eighty pounds. but it's kind of cool that I have , a stunning jawline. and my style blows yours away , antifits and caps. so over - all ,Hair. Now, as anyone and everyone knows Bailey Noah Tyler is a vain bastard. Not overly, I-have-to-look-in-every-mirror but he takes good care of himself and feels its not a cirme that looking good is a priority. When Bailey was younger, he had pale brown hair, almost mousey brown, literally bordering on blond, but as he's grown up his hairs got darker and darker, almost to the point where its bordering on black. Which is good, because dark hair suits him. in his teens, he was known once to experiment with blond, semi-permanent dye which at the time he thought was incredible, looking back at the photos though, well, maybe it wasn't such a good idea. The length of Bailey's hair is pretty much average. Again, he's experimented and he's gone for the skin-head look and the spikes and god knows what else, now he settles on a little extra length sometimes a bit of gel to give it that defined sexiness but mainly he leaves it fresh. Thank God he hasn't got out of control hair though, luckily it just kinda works well for him. Thats not saying he doesn't have bad hair days, because believe it, he does and with his love of baseball caps he's been known to have flat hat hair. Who doesn't cover up bad hair days with hats? So, what about facial hair? Well, what guy doesn't experience that? Luckily, Bailey can work the smooth baby face, sexy stubble, or gorgeous goatie and he does when he feels like it. Not all the time can he pull these looks off though, Bailey knows that he can't look good 24/7 because no one in the world can. Usually, Bailey sticks with stubble, because it makes him look a good few years older than he actually is. Naturally, he does look a little older, anyway, but having facial hair gives anyone an older, sometimes sophisticated look. And the man likes that. They say your eyes are the window to your soul, that's particularly true in Bailey Tylers case. Bailey's eyes, so much to say. His family have such a distiguished look about them, and most of his family have green eyes. Bailey's emerald eyes glisten with such intense passion, integrity and depth that sometimes you could actually say its mesmerising. due to Bailey's imperfect past, he's been known to show a lot of his fear and his emotional disturbance through his eyes. Bailey is caucasion and therefore alternates between being somewhat paler and being tanned. He has a natural pigmentation which makes him a little tanned so he doesn't look completely pasty all the time, so he's grateful for that. Bailey finds that his height is just right for him. He is a generous six foot one. Bailey's weight is mainly muscle tissue. He is a general weight of 180 pounds on average days sometimes more sometimes less all depending on diet and exercise I suppose you could say the Bailey is like marmite. You either love him or you hate him. Either one.goes for his personality, not just his appearance. Bailey has one of those looks that you either find incredibly attractive, or sort of .. well, not. He's not ugly though. Far from. Bailey has a muscular build and works out a lot to keep his buff shape. He is also an amazing dancer and this also helps keep he physique. His skin tone is geerally a tanned color which is only enhanced when he spends time in the sun. His physique is also athletic. Bailey does have a sort of OCD about working out, dancing, running, basketball, soccer. The whole caboodle. He has a very masculine, large exterior frame, strong legs and big arms. Bailey has this way of looking just so, mouthwateringly irresistable. However, referring to that marmite idea again, some people don't like this. He's not overly built, and you dont expect him to be stood, oiled up and defined, but his definition is decent and he's proud to say he's a stong man. Bailey has got slightly prominent ears, and - as mentioned he's either a love him or hate him when it comes to appearance. Due to ten years of beatings from his father he does have a few scars littered across his body, such as belt marks. Duringhis stretch in prison, he also attempted suicide, so he also has a could of scars on his innner wrists from that time. His left inner elbow also has some very faint, circular scars from heroin use during his years as a drug abuser. Bailey is one of the guys who wear anti fit clothing and caps on a slant. He loves his clothes and he's not ashamed to look like he does. One thing is for sure, you'll unlikely ever catch him wearing skinny jeans although sometimes he can be adventurous and maybe even wear a trilby and a tuxedo (which by the way, he looks incredible in.) DROP DEAD GORGEOUS?! perhaps, depending on who you are. Some people may think he's nothing special others may swoon over his irresistibility. You've just got to get to know him to know that he's not arrogant or vain in the slightest. Not to blow his own trumpet, but Bay nows that his jaw line is incredible. Anyone, any man specifically, that has a jawline like that is blessed. Not only can it give him a sexy, almoust pouting look, it also helps his (already decent) kissing ability. Ladies, roll up roll up. Bailey Tyler has a fit body, amazing green eyes and soft brown hair which he uses to his advantage. See, with a personality like his, he likes to flaunt himself and to his advantage his has a look which can work quick a lot of looks essential for his passion to look good. Mainly his style is just sort of average, anti-fit jeans and wifebeaters. Designer tees finished off with sideways caps and practically all of the time, Vans on his feet or at least some other designer sports shoe even sometimes Abercrombie/Hollister/AE flip flops. He likes to appear somewhat aggressive because he likes to hide that vulnerability factor that he knows he owns and sometimes escapes. but people say I look like , channing tatum. No one can deny his certain bad boy appeal. Good looks and an attitiude to boot, he's just a spoiled little rich boy from New York City. Prejudice, Bailey hates it, and he's the type of guy that always seems to suffer from it most. Everyone's experienced it when people tell tales, extravagant as they may be, people choose to believe them, and before you know it, people are turned against you. Oh, Bailey's suffered from this affect a few times, most definitely. People never quite seem to get the hang of telling the truth. Bailey isn't a cruel person. In the past there have been many things, many mistakes, he's done and made that have affected him as a person now, but in all honesty, it's affected him in positive ways. Everyone makes mistakes, in fact, you're not human if you've never made a single mistake in your life, Bailey's just a little more open about those offenses; he's a love me or hate me kind of guy. Stories are told about him, just as stories are told about anyone, but it's ones deicision whether or not to believe everything they hear through their own naiveity. There's always a choice to believe a tale, in the end. Bailey doesn't care much for those who decide to discriminate against him. There are billions of people on the earth, and he has some who are willing to befriend him and respect the truth. arrogance. When you initially meet Bailey Noah Tyler you and instantly confronted by this confidence. Well, most confidence is good of course but the one that radiates from his is this - arrogant confidence which always leaves acquaitances bitter mouthed. He comes across first, as a bit of a bastard really. There's not way of sugar coating that. And to some extent he is. Sure, he's confident and he's a bit selfish and vain, but he's not a prick - sexist, racist, homophobic etc. aggressive. Bailey is easily annoyed and his annoyance is quick to turn into anger which later turns into violence. He's no fight virgin that's for sure and has been in one too many brawls. His annoyed phase usually consists of a very sulky side of him, during which he just sits and complains. If that annoyance festers into anger then he'll start shouting and storming around and well, you don't really need a description for violence. That's just full on guns out phase. vulnerability. Bailey's rough past means that he is quite a broken soul. he always feel very vulnerable, and almost scared that he'll get hurt again. he's, in some ways, frightened of falling in love in case he gets heart broken. because of this he finds that he often puts himself down and underestimates his own abilities - further meaning that sometimes bailey's ambitions can be completely screwed up. he's always dreamt about owning his own super hotel sort of thing with casino, gym, cinema theatre etc. but his dreams have been postponed. caring. beleive it or not, Bailey has this amazingly caring side and a selfless side. If you're a close friend or even just an average friend. He will put himself on the line, He's loyal and trustworthy and very friendly when he wants to be. This usually confuses people after they've seen his initial arrogance. lusting & loving. There's a big difference between lust and love. And Bailey had figured that out. Lust was something powerful, but love was something a hell of a lot more powerful. Lust was just a sense, love was an emotion. Bailey has the capability for both. Love is something he does want. Hunter Tyler had always been the center of attention. He'd grown up getting everything his heart desired and more. Lori and Nate Tyler were two of Texas' most notorious and glamorous con artists and where highly sought after. Hunter was living life as an unregistered child. His birth was never recorded, at least not until he was sixteen and both his parents were deceased. How do you tell anyone that you're the son of two of the most wanted criminals in the whole of America without being laughed at or arrested? Their scams had left hundreds of millionaires bankrupt and they'd made sure to induct Hunter into life in the fast lane. Back then that sort of behavior wasn't all too common, and they chose to settle in an abandoned country farm house in Texas as far away from any living thing so they had a secret, inconspicuous base to work from. They were like Bonnie and Clyde, but a hundred times more severe. They were murderous and outrageous, and both highly and dangerously addicted to crack cocaine. They were incredibly violent and often took their lives into their own hands to make sure they got the fix they needed without ever being caught by Police. Hunter had been born a crack baby, and through his entire life his parents had made sure he fulfilled that addiction. Ironic really how most babies cried for their pacifier, he screamed for cocaine. One day, a few months before Hunter's seventeeth, something went drastically wrong whilst his parents were working a case, and as he stayed in the farmhouse caring for his three younger siblings, including a two month old child, Lori and Nate Tyler disappeared off the face of the earth. For three months there was nothing, Hunter's baby brother died, and it was up to him to bury the tiny little body on one of the fields, as far away from their house as possible, then they were found, dead, what was described as 'brutally, terrifyingly and disgustingly decapitated'. Well, how does a sixteen year old boy cope with that? Anyone that knew Hunter Tyler would know, he was psychotic. Like really, he was permanently high and really quite scary, but for a few months after the sudden death of his parents, he'd wondered. Getting his life sorted wouldn't be so hard, right? Wrong.
Like I said, how the hell do you tell someone you were the child of Lori and Nate Tyler? Nobody ever knew that the pair had produced any children. In a way, they'd always been quite the happy family. Sure, they bought everything their heart desired under other peoples names and with other peoples millions, but there was always love there, present. He was always read a bedtime story, always given a decent meal and always kept happy. He had all the latest gadgets and even had a tutor, although the tutor was killed when he started to get some suspicions about why Hunter's parents where never around. They just ... had a few strange ideas of what was right. They were completely against the world, but they were good parents. Hunter watched both his other siblings die, one of them had pneumonia the other died of a severe case of withdrawal. Then he decided, enough was enough, he grabbed the keys to their car and drove all the way to New York City, where he knew he had an aunt who knew about him. They registered him up, and both had extensive interviews with police, but were deemed 'harmless' and he was sent to live with Sally in an apartment smack bang in the middle of NYC. It was a far cry from what he was used to, but life with Aunt Sally wasn't half bad. That's when he met Annabelle, she was the daughter of two rich and famous lawyers. Annabelle was fifteen when they'd met, she was from a completely different class as him, and he was surprised when she took an interest in him. She told him she knew all about him, about his addiction and his temper and his parents but she told him it didn't put her off, and she was curious about him. She was a model, always in high spirits and somewhat of a dreamer. She was still a virgin, but not unexperienced, she was popular, but in a completely different way than him. At school Hunter was a bad boy, a rebel. He appalled everyone and was often punished for his behavior, but he didn't care. Annabelle, however was tutored at home, with a group of eleven girls whose families had more money than they could ever need. Annabelle was always the most popular of them all, she appeared on the magazine covers and on the promotional pictures for the latest brand of hairspray. she was popular because she had the criminal boyfriend too, but, she knew there was a softer side in him somewhere. Her parents were never happy about their relationship, but on Anna's sixteenth birthday, Hunter proposed and she accepted. They waited until she was seventeen to wed, and just before she turned 18 she found out she was pregnant with their first child. A boy.
That was the era when Hunter took a turn for the worse. He didn't want any kids. Never. He was even glad his siblings were dead because he didn't even want them. He started back on the drugs, this time nearly killing himself he took so much, drinking outrageously and being adulterous. Annabelle, was eighteen and pregnant and her husband was making a fool of himself. That was when the violence started to come back. Hunter was constantly being locked up in a jail cell for nights on end. And he wasn't even there at the birth of their child. Bailey Noah. Even when she'd called the police station asking them to pass on the message, they'd told her he'd said he 'didn't want to know.' Annabelle loved her son, and she was going to love him more than even two parents could ever love a child, especially if his father were to pay no interest in his life. The only thing Hunter ever did was torture the poor boy, and torment him. He only really started hitting Bailey when Bailey was around four or five but when he was a toddler, Hunter got his kicks from making his little boy cry. He used to tell him all sorts of cruel stuff, such as how Bailey was a terrible boy and no one would ever love him and he'd turn out just like him. See, Bailey was told that every day of his entire life, he had it literally carved into his brain and skull, so is it any wonder that he maybe believes some things that his father said back then? Hunter also used to tell Bailey how he was going to go kill his mommy, that was when Bailey first expereinced domestic violence. At first it was just shouting and screaming and then there was banging and crashing and then finally there was the abuse, the punching and smacking. Bailey witnessed his pregnant mother be thrown down the stairs several times, pushed into walls and punched in the face and stomach. But Hunter had grown to be such a powerful mob member, that Annabelle didn't know what to do. Half the time he was throwing house parties whilst Bailey and Annabelle were locked in Bailey's room, playing together and talking about the arrival of the twins. Malakai and Andre were born in pretty much the same circumstances as Bailey, hunter wasn't there and he said he didn't care, just got on with living fast and destroying his life. But, by this point he was completely loaded. He'd been exporting drugs across the world and trading weapons and selling women. He was filthy rich. And he had murdered many people, some even clean and innocent people, just helpless victims in the wrong place at the wrong time. He was smart, just as his parents had been, and made it so, even if it was blatantly obvious he'd commited a crime, there was never any evidence to pin it on him. He could confess to all, but they couldn't charge him.
So it was just Annabelle and her boys against the world. Hunter still continued to torment them the way he always had, more Bailey than anything. He was supposedly 'toughening' Bailey and showing him what the 'real world' was like. But he started to also get physical with him, beating him when he did wrong. It was weird because in a sick way, Bailey was always Hunter's favorite. The twins he never payed much interest in, but Bailey, it was like, Hunter wanted him to be his perfect little clone and he'd done anything to make that so.In a way though that didn't make sense. See, even though they'd been criminals and sometimes were never there, Hunter had grown up with some sort of stability and had had two loving parents. But Bailey, his mom was the only parents that cared in the way a parent should. Life wasn't always bad sometimes Annabelle would take her boys out for the day, let Hunter stay at home with his 'girls' and blast himself into space. She could care less really, she still loved him deeply, and she was persistant to find that gentle side once again, but her hope was running out. Hunter really had changed. The only thing she had now was her sons. Her parents had moved to Sydney, Australia. Leaving her, only 20 years old, to cope with her three sons and out of control husband. She still had time to persue her modeling career, and occasionally got one of her best friends to care for the kids. Her best friends weren't the same best friends as they had been five years ago, when they'd first met. See, when Annabelle became a mother they wanted nothing to do with her, they were all out dancing the night away, but Anna, she had to take solace in older women, who knew how to handle children and care for them when she needed a little break. They were never too often she hated leaving Bailey, Malakai and Andre. And when she needed to leave them, it was only for a few hours whilst she did a photoshoot. Pregnancy hadn't really affected her body much, she took good care of herself and her skin had a good elasticity which meant she didn't get a single stretchmark, not even whilst pregnant with twins. She had put on a little weight, but it was the healthy kind of weight, she looked good, and she could still pull off modeling swimsuits. See, she believe in earning honest money, sure, the family were loaded, but that was only because of scams, prostitution drugs and weapons that Hunter had been dealing with. At least Annabelle was earning a decent wage herself, keeping some in a private bank account called the 'emergency' account. That was in case Hunter lost it big time. She had put enough a side so that if things got way too much, they could get their things, move away, stay in a hotel until things got on their feet and they had enough money to get away.
Bailey started school. It wasn't the best at first, in fact Bailey was a little bit scrawny then, he didn't really have much fat on him and he was sort of bony. Mainly because he was so tired all the time, Hunter always haunted his dreams and he suffered from frequent nightmares. And in fact, two months into starting school, Bailey was diagnosed with a mild case of insomnia and a dream disorder which meant he was prone to have more vivid dreams, usually quite terrifying dreams too. They gave him medication for that, and told his mother more than anything he just needed a regular sleep pattern, the word 'stability' cropped up a few times too. Could things ever be truly stable in their household. No. It couldn't ever be like that if Hunter continued to be there. Little did they know then, Bailey had been more affected by his father than they thought. So, school. At first Bailey wasn't the most popular boy, he had a few friends and he was never exaclty bullied, there was occasionally name calling in the playground, but what can you expect from children of that age? When he turned five years old, Bailey found a black weekender bag stored in a closet in one of the spare rooms. He'd always been a very curious child. Adventurous and playful and very inquisitive, that was just his nature really. So when he found this bag, he just thought of it as another adventure. A mystery. When he opened it, he was a little confused. It was full of hand guns. Now, Bailey had never really been the type of boy that cared much for guns. He was more the daredevil kind of boy, he didn't ususally pretend that he was somebody else, like a cowboy or a red indian. He just usually made up his own adventures. But guns, well, what boy didn't have a fascination with them. He had a toy hand gun, which was a lot smaller and more lgihtweight than these. See, he thought they were just pretend, like, a surprise for Bailey, Kai and Andre to play with, but then he realized, they were 100% authentic. He felt like an undercover agent every time he'd sneak in the room to play with the guns. One day his father caught him though, and laughed at his sons liking. But told him to leave the 'big boys toys' alone and to never touch them again, giving him a smack of punishment. Bailey never stopped though, the bag was moved on top of a wardrobe, but every day Bailey would pile some books and anything he could get his hands on up next to the wardrobe and slimb up until he could reach the bag, unzip it and grab a gun. His dad found him again, but this time just laughed, and didn't bother to punish him. But moved the guns out of the room, and to somwhere Bailey didn't know and couldn't get to. But Hunter didn't know then, that Bailey still had a gun which he'd concealed under his shirt briefly. Well, Bailey became truly obsessed with the thing, shining it every day and polishing it but never playing with it, just admiring the fact that he had a man's toy. So he must be a man. He became really obsessed with it. It lasted a week and a half, the ownership of that gun, until Bailey's father found out one of them was missing. He knew exaclty who had taken it. Bailey had perhaps the worst beating he'd ever had that day. And even had to have stitches in his back from the belt. Of course hospital asked about child abuse, his mother had told them repeatedly he'd slipped and falled through a glass coffee table. It was the most pathetic lie, but they couldn't do anything without confirmation. Annabelle was just so terrified of telling them what was happening behind closed doors. She knew Hunter had friends that she didn't know about, more powerful friends, that could hurt her and her family on Hunter's behalf whilst he was locked up in prison. So she kept her mouth shut, terrified. School also made enquiries about Bailey's so obviously battered body. But again everyone denied everything, and Bailey was labeled as 'just a very clumsy and accident prone child'. He asked his mom once why they couldn't tell anyone what happened, and she didn't sugarcoat it for him, even though when he asked he was probably around seven years old. She told him straight up. She told her seven year old son that there were people who could kill them, and she was just as scared as him. Daddy was dangerous, and she wasn't sure just yet what to do. But she'd keep her three boys safe, she promised.
So life went ahead pretty normally. Well, apart from the fact that Bailey's home was far from the safety and security that a child's home should be. Every day when Bailey would get home from school, he'd see girls climbing all over his father, everyone smoking weed, snorting cocaine, shooting up with heroin, popping ecstasy pills and drinking themselves into their own graves. Bailey had been fully aware about sex since the age of five, and he'd seen things in his own home that nobody should ever see. Some of the girls always took a liking in him, Kai and Andre and would be all soppy over them, treating them like they were babies. They were all high as kites, and practically wearing nothing. Annabelle would always tell them to get back to their own business and leave her boys alone. Bailey, Malakai and Andre all shared a room. Annabelle had had two large rooms knocked into one so it was like one big room. Their bedroom, playroom, TV room, and they even had their own en suite bathroom. There was a sofa and even a little kitchen area, and it was like their own little paradise. Course, it was only built that way so that they didn't need to go downstairs and see the crap their father was doing. Often, Annabelle would join them, shed sit on the couch with a cup of coffee or Earl Gray tea, completely relaxing. Often they had a little music playing. The room had been sound proofed so they couldn't hear the goings on downstairs. The door was always locked, and it was their shelter. Bailey loved it. It was the one room in his whole entire house where he got to experience what a real family was like. His brothers and his mom. They were all he needed in his life. He didn't need a father. As far as he concerned, he was the son of an amazing single parent. Now in his life, Bailey respects his mother. She was so young and she just took on everything. And he was so grateful for her strength and pure love. Anyway, that's how life was. Confined to one room in a huge mansion for a few years. Bailey was a naturally smart boy and he got on well with school work, all the time being a really quite popular boy. He was losing that scrawny frame, through doing boxing. Kai and Andre did taekwondo, but Bailey, well, he was quicker with his fists. He'd bulked up a little, and looked just like a regular boy now. He was fairly average heighted too, after being somewhat short for most of his life. Puberty was dawning on him. He was probably around eight when he really noticed a girl. He'd catch himself staring at her in class, and doodling whilst thinking about her, scribbling her name of paper and even thinking about kissing her. Bailey was always mature, but most other kids were a little too. Her name was Lacey Kendall. Bailey very first girlfriend. Well, that's if you count eight year olds as couples. But hey, some people marry their childhood sweethearts. She was like a porcelain doll. Perfect. She had no flaws, pearly white teeth, glossy deep brown hair that was always curled and she always wore dresses, with white ankle socks and shoes that matched her dress. She was born in Africa, but moved to England when she was fifteen months old, and then once again to New York when she was five. She had a confused accent, and often switched between slightly American and British. She was a beautiful girl. Anyway, her and Bailey sort of got together. They held hands in the playground and always used to give each other quick kisses on the lips. They were entirely cute, and most girls were jealous of her. Bailey was the cutest guy in the class and every girl wanted to be his girlfriend. Bailey didn't know how to properly kiss then, and didn't know really what 'french kissing' was, but he even tried that with her, although it failed and he told Lacey to stop drooling in his mouth, which is ultimately the reason they ended up parting ways. Hey, Bailey wasn't too heartbroken. He got over her within .. a day.
Annabelle had a surprise for Bailey on his ninth birthday. Hunter had filed for divorce. They could finally get away from him without him hurting them. They were all pretty thrilled to be getting away from the man. Of course, Annabelle roped in her father as her lawyer, got him to fly in all the way from Australia, he was happy to help Anna determine just how much of Hunter's 'earnings' and belongings she should have. Hunter was expecting her to get nothing, aside the kids. But she got so much more. Millions of dollars. Hell, she even got the house. Hunter wasn't too happy to move out, but he'd nodded to Annabelle and told her he was sorry for ruining her life. It was so pathetic how he'd possibly tried to reconcile right at the last minute. But Annabelle wanted none of it, she'd accepted his apology with a bitter and sarcastic smile, and she'd completely redone all the house. Moved things around, redecorated, expanded their land. Just anything so it didn't remind him in the slightest of him. They had their house. Bailey was a little distant at this point in his life, he didn't really understand what was happening, he couldn't believe his dad was out of his life. For a while he had perfect sleep and didn't wake up in the middle of the night with his father banging on his bedroom door with a bunch of girls all around him, with a belt in his hand. But then the dreams came back, and he started to have panic attacks, thinking they'd angered Hunter and someone was going to hurt them. Annabelle reassured him, the house had surveillance, gates, locks, no one would hurt them. So, life settled again. And it was great. Bailey was a little rebellious, and often out getting into trouble, but it was never anything serious. Usually he was just playing around, climbing trees and living like as a normal boy, which his big group of friends.
When he turned ten, he smoked his first cigarette. He felt so cool. He didn't necessarily like it, but it's one of those things that 99% of children experiences at one point in their life. He'll never forget the day he did so, when he'd got back home, stinking of cigarette smoke, he'd saw his mother sitting by the phone. He'd been confused, and Kai and Andre were sitting in the lounge, quiet as mice. The atmosphere had been so strange. Annabelle had been close to tears as she'd told her son to go get changed and come back downstairs, and to wait with his brothers. She'd sighed hopelessly, staring blankly at the telephone. It was 20th January 1996. Outside it was a freezing cold day. Winter had been harsh that year, there had been somesnow, but mostly strong and icy winds and lots of rain. That day had been dry, but really quite cold and Bailey had been wrapped up with gloves and a parka jacket. It was a Saturday too. When he'd come back down he'd asked his mother what was happening and she told him to sit in the lounge. They waited all night, and five phone calls later it was confirmed that Hunter Tyler had been the fatality of a shooting. Well, the whole family was damn sure that Hunter had been assassinated, there was no other explanation. Hunter was well too careful to just get shot in a freak accident. Nobody was ever caught for his murder though, so his mother sometimes found herself believing, maybe it had just been a shooting, with no real reason behind it, just a twisted mind. But she knew, deep in her heart of hearts, that her ex husband had been killed purposely. Who did it, she didn't know. She'd once met one of the most powerful men in the whole 'mob cult.' That day he'd shown up at their house, the sheer look of terror on Hunter's face had told Annabelle that was not a man to cross. She couldn't remember his name exaclty, but apparently he was nothing compared to the main mob boss, the one that metaphorically controlled the underworld of the world. There had been a few other powerful men she'd met too, two in particular Kelvin and Harry, who were near enough like that man she'd seen that day, just a little lighter. They were probably on the same level as Hunter. Feared, but in fear. Annabelle had attended Hunter's funeral, and when she'd got a moment on her own with the grave, she'd whispered how she'd always love him, but this was the last time she'd ever see him. To the present day she hasn't stepped within 10 feet of his headstone. She imagined it would be full of grafitti and attempted to be destroyed by now. Bailey didn't see his father's grave until he was around twenty. It was so stupid how engraved on the marble was 'respected friend , beloved father' there was no love between Bailey and Hunter. There never was. And it didn't make Bay a bad person to think that. He couldn't love a psychotic man, even if he was supposed to be his daddy dearest. It was impossible, the only feelings Bailey had for that man was blind hatred. He'd even been temped to smash the grave up himself, either that or carve out the 'beloved' and replace it with 'hated' or 'despised' just nothing that revealed a flicker of liking.
The next most significant time of Bailey life was when he was around eleven years old. He had become the most popular boy in school. Everyone knew who he was. He was famous in his own way. His mother had met a man, his name was Christopher Portland, or Topher. He had three kids of his own, a twelve month old baby girl called Cassidy, a five year old daughter named MacKenzie and a six year old named Ryan. Bailey was hostile towards him at first. He didn't want anyone else intefering with their life, it was just dandy as it was. He'd even tried to sabotage their relationship. They'd got together, and most of the time the kids were staying over, so sometimes, Bailey would pick on Ryan and fight with him, just in some hope of detering Topher and turning him off his mom. Bailey didn't want Topher to take away his mom. And that's how things seemed, whenever Bailey wanted to talk to her, she never had the time, she was feeding Topher's baby, or laughing and joking with Topher just doing something that left Bailey on his own. Or at least, that's the way it felt for a while. Topher prosed to his mom several months before Bailey's twelfth birthday, and Bailey had literally refused to speak to either Topher for proposing in the first place, his mom for accepting, or Topher's kids just because they were Topher's kids. He'd started to get on with Ryan, as had the twins. And although it was a little weird with two girls around the house now, he was getting used to it. But he still didn't want Topher taking away his mom, and marrying her would do just that. And look how her last husband turned out. Annabelle had tried to tell him Topher wasn't like his dad, he was genuine and he was loving. But Bailey didn't believe it, not until one day when Topher sat him down. He told him, he wasn't trying to take Annabelle away, and he didn't want to force Bailey to feel anything for him, but he wanted to at least try to be a father figure for Bailey, some well needed stability at last, and most of all, that he loved him too. Bailey had been shocked and questioned back that he didn't just love his mom. Topher had shook his head. He loved Bailey, Kai and Andre. So Bailey had been much, much happier. They'd all gone to Hawaii for the wedding, and it had been beautiful. Bailey was twelve years old then, but he looked like a sixteen year old. He'd experienced puberty, his vioce had broke and he was starting to get those immense desires for girls. One in particular. A girl named Hollie-Lou Michigan. She'd been at the wedding. She was the daughter of one of Topher's friends, and all the way through the service, they were eyeing each other. She was fifteen, and really quite stunningly pretty. She was big chested, but slim, and had long dirty blond hair and striking blue eyes. She had her navel pierced, her tongue and her nose. And she stood at a small height of five two and a half. Bailey had been around five five, possible five six then, so she was a decent height. They'd all stayed in a five start hotel, very luxurious. Hollie-Lou, who preferred to be tagged 'Mischa' a spin on her surname, had a small room to herself, well, she shared with her eighteen year old sister, but she was out for the night with the family. Mischa had pretended to be feeling ill and Bailey had told his mother he simply didn't want to go out for the night as he felt a little nauseous and tired, they then met up after the families had gone out, not to be back till early next morning. They'd gone back to Mischa's room, and she'd pulled out a pack of condoms, still sure he was older than her. He'd been shocked and confessed he'd never had sex before. She'd eased him a little, started unbuttoning her tight shirt, pulling him onto her a little, kissing him. He'd never been as nervous in his entire life, and his hands had been shaking as he'd slipped to the bathroom to put on the rubber. He didn't even know what to do. So that night he, very awkwardly, lost his virginity, and Hollie-Lou had laughed once she'd found out how old he was, not really caring. And in the end she thanked him, and boarded her flight to Florida, where she resided.
Well, once he'd started. It was pretty hard to stop. Not only was he way popular, but he was also becoming a bit of a manwhore. Back then he hadn't really cared much for girls, and just picked them up for sex really. We're not saying he was at it like a rabbit, but, every so often, he'd take out a girl and then he'd ask them how far they'd go. It wasn't exaclty pressurizing them, but almost. He found a new kick soon enough though. When her was around the age of thirteen. He discovered liquour and hard drugs. It started off with a single ecstasy pill. He felt like he was going to explode, his blood was already diluted with alcohol and now he had more intoxicating substances in him. His body temperature rocketed, and he was sweating. He started to get insane sexual urges, and was grinding himself against girls like a dog to a bitch on heat. His head was spinning and he felt invincible, like, nothing could destory him. So much so that he started doing stupid things, like climbing into his friends sports car and speeding it down a wide alleyway at 97 miles an hour, and nearly crashing. He didn't know how to drive. That was perhaps when his love for cars and street racing first came upon him. Especially street racing when you were blind drunk, so much so that you didn't remember your name. Although, Bailey had always been street wise and sensible and knew when enough was enough. He didn't want to fall into a coma. Then came the cocaine. Bailey had friends that were so much older than him, drug dealer friends and junkie friends, which is how these substances fell into the hands of a thirteen year old kid. The cocaine made him feel numb, his head was spinning, he couldn't feel his nose, apart from the occasional twinge of burning. But the affects of feeling unstoppable were the same. Oh, and of course there was the heroin. Shooting up though, made him feel lousy. In fact, some days when he'd injected, he felt almost bipolar one second he'd be beaming, the next he'd be in a state of depression, which was so unlike Bailey. And the heroin always left him feeling drained and always made him vomit. Plus, the track marks weren't exactly handsome. So mainly he stuck with ecstasy, his tiny little pills of heaven, sometimes turning to crack. He smoked cannabis on rare occasions too. Though one day, he messed up. He was caught by police and tested for drugs, he was positive and sentanced to two months and fifteen days in a Juvenile Detention Center. Juvie was really quite scary at first, although, he got on with it, and just let each day go by. It didn't stop him causing trouble though. He was plain stupid then, he didn't see Juvie as a place to sit and think about the wrong doings, everyone was a bit of a pushover in there anyway, and there was still fun to be had, television to watch and games to play. It was like some sort of summer camp, in fact sometimes, it was kind of fun.
He was arrested for theft, and sentanced to another month in juvie as it was only 'petty theft' probably of someone's half empty wallet, like a couple of $20 bills and a house key. He'd even made some friends in the detention center Dizzy and Aaron. they always seemed to be in there, the same time as he was. Dizzy had been homeless most of his life, and he lived on the streets since he was nine, then he was 14, around same as Bailey was, just a year older. His parents had abandoned him when he was born, and he'd never had a name, but he was always nickamed Dizzy, and it stuck. They really called him Pharrell Xander. Xander being the surname of his now adoptive parents. Aaron was just like Bailey really a little bit lost and confused, waste of space father, but also Aaron differed, because he had a hooker of a mother. Aaron was thirteen, just like Bailey. They used to sit in the recreation room and exchange stories, even tell about their ambitions for life. Sometimes the elders, sixteen and seventeen, would butt in and say how having dreams was pointless. You'd only get hurt in the end, if you set your heart on having a certain future. Bailey had ambitions of owning his own five star hotel. with a restaurant and a dancefloor and bar, an arcade for kids, and then a casino for adults, tight security, with CCTV surveillance planted everywhere, a spa and two pools, indoor and outdoor and everything a hotel could ever need and more. He had his heart set on that, and he really wanted to do it, some day. He just needed a little more determination. There was always his father at the back of his mind telling him, just as the elders at juvie had, he'd get hurt. And nobody would ever love him, he didn't deserve it. He was destined to turn out just like his father. Completely useless. A waste of space. He was a Tyler, it was in his blood. And in the end that is exactly who he would be.
The next time he was arrested was a few days after his release. Luckily he was only warned, although he had been driving without a license. It wasn't as if he was street racing or anything, just driving down a street a litlte recklessly. It was yet another stain on his criminal record. Bailey had found a new hobby actually. Dancing. He was constantly at house parties and experimenting with new moves on the dancefloor. You'd be guaranteed to find him there, just dancing away like he had no care in the world. He was actually quite talented. He never attended lessons or anything, but instead just improvised. He took this insane liking to music. In a way, it kept him out of trouble for while. For a couple of months he'd turned his nose up at drugs and instead let the music be his drug. It didn't last very long. And soon he realized that he could have equally as much fun dancing if he was high. So pretty soon he was back on the drugs. Next thing he knew he was being incarcerated for attempted rape. He had no idea who he was meant to have raped, or tried to rape. Sure there had been a few girls that had turned away but he'd never tried to push himself onto anyone. He was so baffled by it, and swore to his mother, with genuine eyes that he'd not done it this time, he'd not commited that crime. He was sentanced to two weeks in juvie. Neither Dizzy or Aaron where there that time, but two weeks went pretty fast. He was a little more passive for that stretch, because he knew he hadn't tried to rape anyone, he just wasn't that type of guy. Sure, he ddin't have much respect for women, but christ, he wasn't a rapist. He was fourteen years old for God's sake. The very day he was released he was back at that police station, being cautioned for udnerage use of intoxicating substance. In other words, he was smashed, and the police took him in so they could tell him off and get him mother to pick him up. Annabelle had become immune to seeing him in that way, and having to go and pick him up from the police station, or file his bail. She always told him to stop getting himself into trouble. But she was just terrified he was going to turn out like Hunter, she didn't want that for her son.
He couldn't just stop getting himself into trouble as easy as that. It was so much more difficult. Especially when everyone seemed to be giving you a hard time. There was this one girl. He'd slept with her a couple of times, her name was Tiana Hatton. She had a boyfriend who was always trying to provoke Bailey. They'd been in a few fist fights a couple of times, but, her boyfriend Kyle Bastion, wasn't the strongest of boys. In fact he was somewhat of a weakling. tiana was all up in his face one day. She just cameup to him in the park and started sohuting at him, provoking him just as her boyfriend did. Now, Bailey didn't exactly punch her as such, more pushed her out the way roughly. He was drunk, and he was getting irritated. And Bailey tends to alternate between stages of anger very easily. irritation, to annoyance, to anger, to aggression, to violence. Now she was pissing him off. He had no idea what this couple had against him. He wanted just to get away from her, so he slapped his hands against her shoulders and shoved her to the floor. He didn't exactly mean to do it. Before he knew it she was clasping her stomach in agony, there was blood rushing from between her legs, and Bailey didn't have a clue what to do. She was crying, and for a moment she wasn't angry with him, she just told him to stay with her. She also told him that she was miscarrying his baby. Back then Bailey hadn't been too wise with protection. Someone rang an ambulance, and she was rushed to hospital, where it was confirmed she's lost her baby. Bailey's baby. He didn't really know whether to believe her or not. Anyway, her anger soon appeared and she pressed charges with assault. But that very day, one of Bailey's nineteen year old friends, Jack Rydings, came to him and asked him if he knew a guy called Kyle Bastion. Bailey laughed with irony and nodded, Jack asked Bailey to point him out and asked him if he'd help him make him pay. Bailey was so curious what was a geek like Kyle Bastion doing in this world? Apparently Kyle and his older brother had short changed Jack, and not only that, had threatened his girl. Bailey nodded, even though at that moment he'd been trying to avoid the public eye, the police were on the lookout for him, and trying to arrest him. They back Kyle into a corner, Bailey took a few punches, but Jack pushed him out of the way, and took over himself. Bailey walked away. The police found him later that afternoon and asked him a series of questions about both Tiana and Kyle. They had Jack in custody already, but had had a tip off that Bailey had been involved in the assault of Kyle Bastion. He'd admitted he'd punched him probably three times in the stomach to wind him. There was some shocking news, Kyle had become a comatose and wasn't responding to anything. His life was only continuing because of a machine. Bailey was arrested for a combined assault and conspiracy in attempted murder. Only conspiracy because in the end, he'd walked away, and his blows wouldn't have caused those injuries. Kyle had a trauma to the brain, and even if he was up there was a 90% chance he'd have severe brain damage. It was the first time in long while Bailey had felt truly scared. Kyle died. And Bailey charge was changed to Conspiracy to murder. He was only fourteen himself. Jack recieved fifteen years for manslaughter. They sent Bailey to the JDC once more, for five months, and Dizzy, in there once again, had some bad news. Aaron had died. His father had attacked him, so Aaron had try to drink away all the bad and ended up getting into a fight. He'd been shot twice, once in the stomach, the other directly in the heart. It was a sure blow for Bailey, it was hard to hear one of your friends had been killed that way. And it made Bailey think. He was involved in that world. He felt really sick with himself. And had decided just to stay safe for a while, away from violence.
When he was released he did keep his head down for a little while. Stayed dancing, and continued to sleep around a little, but anything involving weapons or violence he tried to avoid. That was, until the day somebody made him do something he'd regret for the rest of his life. Bailey was on his way to the grocery store for his mother. He'd took a detour down some back alleys, just because it was quicker, and there seemed to be a black car following him. As he walked down he heard the car turn down the alley. He sped up a little, and twisted and turned down the maze of many different alley ways, until the car got him backed into a corner. He stood still and watched a man climb out. Bailey gulped and asked him what he wanted, but the man just told him to shut up. He smiled to him, and Bailey looked around, terrified. The man knew his name, knew quite a lot of things about his family. Hunter, Annabelle, Topher, all his siblings. Yet Bailey didn't know a single thing about whoever he was. The man had held out a gun to Bailey, and a picture of a man. "I want you to kill him." The man had said. Bailey's heart had stopped. Not only did this guy want Bailey to kill a man, he said that if he didn't he'd take everything away from him, his money, his home ... his family. Bailey agreed to shoot this man. His name was Heath Isaac Parkour. A local business man, Bailey didn't know who he was. But he'd done exactly as he was told. Shot him four times in the chest and then watched as the body toppled to the floor with a thud, a sea of crimson liquid surrounding him. Bailey nearly threw up, clasped his hand over his mouth and shoved the gun inside the back of his pants. covering it over with his hoodie. He'd ran and ran as far as he could, he must have ran for at least two hours. Until the point of his legs giving way. He ran so far that he ended up on a beach. He just ran into the water and unloaded the gun, letting the rest of the bullets drift away with the tide. That's when he threw up, over and over. Into the sea. He was near a caved area with some rocks. It was all pretty deserted. Stuffing the gun back into the rear of his saturated jeans, he'd crawled into one of the caves and rang him mom, who'd come to pick him up. She'd demanded to know what had happened, and he'd told her. Everything, breaking down in tears. How could he do that, at all? Just shoot someone because he was told to. His mom told him not to tell anyone, to try and forget. But it wasn't that easy. What kind of world were they living in?
The murder of Heath Parkour was on the news and in the newspapers. People were on the television screaming 'catch Heath's killer' and for days Bailey was throwing up until he was coughing up blood, he was edgy and erratic and he wasn't himself. His mother sat him down and told him to calm down asked him to describe the man who'd asked him to kill the man. But, he'd been wearing sunglasses, gloves and a hat, as well as not very distinct clothing, a pair of light jeans and a black sweater with a black leather coat. It was the middle of summer, it was boiling hot, but Bailey presumed he'd worn that get up for exactly this reason, it wasn't very hard for him to notice who he was. That made Bailey curious as to whether he'd met him before. Then there was a revelation that Mr. Parkour's killer had been found. The man was sentanced to life inprisonment and was on death row. There was also a scene on the news, when Heath's family had visited the place of memorial for him. Because of Bailey three children and an unborn baby at the time weren't ever going to know their family. It was all his fault, and now someone else just as innocent for that crime was going to be killed. Bailey was so utterly messed up. Everything was so confusing and so horrible. The whole world was a catastrophe. His guilt just increased so much knowing Heath had a family, and now a wrongly convicted man was on death row. Life was the worst it had ever been. His sixteenth birthday went by and he didn't feel like celebrating at all. Life was so horrific now. He couldn't bare to live it. He'd never had the bottle to try and commit suicide. He'd thought about it, but in the end, he could never take away his own life. He'd leave family and friends grieving and he didn't want to be the one to inflict that pain, hadn't he done that enough already?
His mother as a matter of fact had just opened her modeling agency. She had a studio in New York and a studio in Hollywood, which is why there took vacations up there so often. She'd always loved modeling herself, but she felt, she'd rather manage her own agency. She employed photographers and models signed up with her and before long, there were requests for her to open up an agnecy in Milan, Paris and London, even in Australia, somewhere. Before long, the Tyler-Portland family was worth millions, they were multi-millionaires. Bailey had the most amazing body for his age, startling green eyes and dark hair. He was a sex symbol in his own right and his mother just knew places would go big for him. So he turned model, modeled for Dolce & Gabanna, and other designer labels, as well as stores such as Abercrombie and Fitch, Hollister and American Eagle. He had to get used to seeing his face on billboards, taking photos with girls in the streets. It was a little strange in all honesty. But hey, he got used to it. He was sort of like, a mini celebrity, he was even doing a few catwalks himself at $100,000 per show. It was incredible. But then, things started to get to him, the culture started to go to his head, and before long he was being drawn back onto the streets and he was fighting once again, using and abusing drugs, drinking too much alcohol, not even listening to his own limits. That train had officially come off the tracks. He was off the rails and unstoppable, his sexual appetite picked up again and the fairly decent Bailey was out of the window. He'd changed. Then there was one incident. The gang he was in at the time got into some trouble, it had all happened so quickly and what had first been fist fights had turned into a blood battle. There were blades everywhere, and one guy lunged at him, stabbing him in the stomach, luckily not twisting the blade, Bailey had groaned as the blood had poured from his abdomen, and once again as the man sent the blade through his arm. That's when the world had gone black. Bailey woke up a few hours later with his mom holding his hand in a hospital unit. He was in absolute agony, but doctors were waiting for the ecstasy to evacuate his blood before they gave him any other drug. He was in hospital for a week, it should have been longer but he felt he'd get so much more rest if he was at home, cared for, warm and in his own surroundings, his own bed. He didn't feel safe in the hospital. His peace at home didn't last long either, before people were taking him into the police station and he was being arrested for rape. Luckily though, he was found out not to be the rapist and the charges were dropped. A girl who he'd slept with once had gotten him confused with someone who had actually raped her. But after some thinking she'd come to her senses and realized Bailey hadn't attacked her. She'd apologized and hugged him, and he'd collapsed in agony. Being stabbed wasn't fun. He'd gotten home and just had to rest for a while. Yet once again, as soon as he was feeling decent he was being arrested. He'd knocked someone down whilst driving under the influence of intoxicating substances, some of which illegal. He'd spent another month in Juvie. But again never ceased to be naughty.
There was this one girl, who'd been teasing him a hell of a lot. He was a hormonal and horny teenager and he wanted her. Although maybe breaking into her house wasn't the best way to get it. This girl pressed charges against his with sexual harrassment and breaking and entering and before long Bailey was back in the detention center, completeing a stretch of three months, jsut after he'd been released his half sister Taylor was born, on November 2nd 2001. He hadn't really bothered with Taylor much, she was just a baby who kicked and screamed all the time. He didn't want to play a part of that. Of course, deep down he'd loved her to pieces and his was happy for his mother. A few weeks after she was born, nearing his seventeeth birthday, he was involved in a shooting. He was shot in the hip and chest, and hospitalized for three weeks. The bullets where removed,the one in his chest requiring surgery. He was lucky not to have died, if he'd have been half an inch to the left and the bullet would have penetrated his heart. After that, he calmed down a little. Being shot was so horrible, you felt like you really were going to die. Now he had a large set of scars. On his arm, his stomach, his hip, his chest and his back from his father's more serious beltings. Just after he'd turned seventeen, he was cautioned for sexual intercourse with a minor. Great, the first time he got laid since getting shot and he was cautioned for it. He was also cautioned and fined for speeding on different occasions. The last of his trouble was yet to be had though. Bailey's group of friends had always been a gang. He'd even got cautioned for gang behaviour once. But the lengths they were going to go to was absurd. Bailey had a minor addiction to ecstasy, but had also took a liking to a few description drugs. Now, Bailey had the enemy from a rival gang, he was a friend turned, which to Bailey, made him even more of an enemy. Now the whole gang felt this way about him, and they all raided the pharmacy where he worked. It was late at night and the guy was locking up. Bailey broke in thorugh the back way, the others gathered up drugs whilst Bailey beat the living hell out of the man. His friend also set fire to the place. But Bailey messed up, and in the end, the guy saw who Bailey was and reported him to the police after narrowly escaping death. Bailey was arrested for attempted murder and arson. But his eighteenth was nearing and he wouldn't be able to go into Juvie anymore, it would be prison. The attempted murder was dropped to Greivous Bodily Harm after the man broke down and insisted Bailey hadn't tried to murder him, he wasn't like that, and if they didn't drop it, then he'd remove all charges. But Bailey had already been imprisoned for 25 months. Two years and one month. He couldn't face it, knowing he'd have to go into a real jail. The arson charge was converted to someone else, Bailey didn't find out who, only when he got out did he know. So Bailey turned 18 and was conferted to a state prison. At first it was awful, his father appeared to speak to him so much that he almost felt schizophrenic and tried to slash his wrists to kill himself just to be rid of the man. Luckily someone found him before he had chance to make another incision, and the home psychiatrist helped him through. They placed him into solitary and he was constantly watched. He felt bad for trying to even do something like that. But he could honestly say, prison was the best thing, or one of the best things, that had ever happened to him. He had so much time to think about things, his life and what he really wanted. He became a new person, a better person. The Bailey he is now. His sister Sarah was born two months before his release, on Christmas Eve. He was released after 20 months because of the lowered charges and good behavior on February 2nd 2005. And to start off his better life, he'd bonded with his baby sister. She was truly beautiful, and he was so proud of her. She had dirty blond hair and dark green eyes. She was just so perfect. Holding Sarah in his arms made him realize just how much he wanted his own kids and a wife and a happy family. He was still plagued by memories and guilt about so many things, but he tried to get past all of that and just focus on the good. So his life was turning out simply amazing, and he was loving every second of it, and living it to the maximum.
Recently, he's decided to come back to school, to study and actually make something of his life. |
